Year 1
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE

  1. Call the Chubb Hotline to report the incident encountered with the device.
  2. Provide your Certificate of Coverage Number as well as other claim-related information such as personal data, device details and proof of purchase.
  3. You will receive a copy of a Settlement Letter via email to confirm that your claim has been approved.
  4. Settle your Participation Fee at the designated payment facility.
  5. Replacement unit will be deliver to you within seven (7) business days from the date of payment. You have to surrender the damaged unit to the appointed Courier before you receive the replacement unit.

Year 2 
EXTENDED WARRANTY

  1. Call the 1+1 mobileprotect Customer Care hotline to report the problem with the device.
  2. Provide your Certificate of Coverage Number as well as other claim-related information such as personal data, device details and proof of purchase.
  3. Once your claim is approved, faulty unit will be pick up by our appointed courier. Please back up your data before handing over the unit to the courier.
  4. Faulty unit will be handed over to the Service Center for repair.
  5. Unit will be returned to your preferred location within seven (7) business days from pick up date.
