1. Call the 1+1 mobileprotect Customer Care hotline to report the problem with the device.
2. Provide your Reference Number as well as other claim-related information such as personal data, device details and proof of purchase.
3. Once your claim is approved, faulty unit will be picked up by our appointed courier. Please back up your data before handing over the unit to the courier.
4. Faulty unit will be handed over to the Service Center for repair.
5. Unit will be returned to your preferred location within seven (7) business days from pick up date.
